ALL AUBURN HILL ASSISTED LIVING RESIDENTS

  • Daily scheduled community events and recreational activities
  • All utilities (not including long distance calls)
  • Medical provider arrangements
  • Weekday housekeeping
  • Daily snack options
  • Wellness, health, and fitness programs
  • Medication reminders
  • Nutritious meals
  • Activities of Daily Living (ADL) on-call assistance
  • Reminders and direction as-needed
  • Linen services (weekly)
  • Transportation to local medical appointments

AUBURN HILL LEVELS OF CARE

In addition to the services provided to all Auburn Hill residents, four levels of care are offered to residents needing additional support. Care levels are determined through an individualized assessment and include assistance with the following activities of daily living:

  • Using the restroom
  • Bathing or showering
  • Selecting clothing and dressing
  • Personal grooming and oral hygiene
  • Incontinent care
  • Mobility and transfers
  • Meals

ADDITIONAL ASSISTED LIVING CARE AND SERVICES AVAILABLE FOR A FEE

Residents of Auburn Hill who require additional care and services may also receive assistance with:

Medication Administration | Salon Services | Guest Meals | Long Distance Calls | Personal Laundry Service

INNOVATIONS MEMORY CARE LEVEL

All of the services listed in the care levels above are included in our Innovations Memory Care Program except salon services, guest meals and long distance phone calls. If you need these services they can be obtained for additional fees.

My sister moved into Auburn Hill’s Memory Care called Innovations. The team takes excellent care of her. Everyone is nice and has a smile. The “vibe ” is calm and relaxing. Hygiene is excellent! The meals I ate, as a guest, were all chef quality. Fresh, real food. The activities team works hard to create a variety of fun activities. Bo, the marketing director, is honest. I had no unpleasant surprises. The first day a caregiver asked me (concerning hygiene), “Is there anything you want me to do?” WOW! That one question demonstrates the team’s commitment.
